DIY Hand Sanitizer!

We’re bringing you another great DIY from one of our amazing nannies!

Did you have a hard time finding hand sanitizer when all of the COVID chaos started? Did you completely freak out about not having sanitizer handy when you needed to leave your home? With this simple recipe you won’t ever have to worry about that again. This is a simple activity that you can also get the kids involved with and it doesn’t have any harsh chemicals. Most ingredients can be found on Amazon or at Target. One of the particularly hard things to find during COVID has been rubbing alcohol, however this recipe doesn’t call for it. Once you purchase the ingredients the amount of hand sanitizer you can make can possibly last you a year, depending on your need. We’ve added links to all the ingredients so you can order from your home!

Ingredients:

Add all ingredients, minus distilled water, to spray bottle and then top with distilled water. Be sure to store bottles upright, so they don’t leak!

*Always use caution with essential oils and children.
