Our goal is to help our nannies feel supported through the placement process and beyond. Birch Nannies works only with highly qualified, professional nannies who have a passion for their field.

Qualifications:

• Education- Minimum, High School Diploma

• First Aid/CPR- up to date

• Proof of car insurance (if applicable)

• Minimum of 3yrs professional childcare experience

• Minimum of 3 childcare references

• Professional resume

• Agree to our comprehensive background check

Personal connection is important to us and we meet each of our nannies face to face
(via video chat for now)
before connecting them with any of our families. We also do in-depth interviews
with each of our families, so you can feel at ease meeting them.

Continuing Education and personal development is key to a successful Nanny Career.
